CleanSonic’s service technicians also provide staff training during the installation of new cleaning equipment. This training is aimed at the following three staff colleges:

  • Supervisors
  • Maintenance

After-sale service

Our after-sale service is based in Chaponnay (69).

Parts :

We have a stock of essential spare parts on site. For other types of parts, we deliver directly from our partners’ stores.

Interventions:

Our team of service technicians intervenes on customer site within 48 working hours (France). Our qualified personnel can intervene in the context of curative and preventive maintenance. We also ensure the assembly and commissioning of the equipment sold.

Our after-sale service is based in Chaponnay (69).

Maintenance & Remote Maintenance

CleanSonic takes care of the entire range of equipment sold and offers curative and preventive interventions.

As all our cleaning equipment is controlled by a PLC coupled to a touch screen, we are able, upon customer request, to ensure a remote maintenance connection as soon as possible. This possibility may help shorten intervention times and to solve the problem encountered.

In the case of a CleanSonic maintenance contract, a number of remote maintenance connections is included in this service, as well as a preferential rate on spare parts.

Sales of cleaning equipments (new and used)

We offer our partner’s full range of new equipment. We may also take over existing equipment and as a result, we can also offer used equipment, benefiting from a manufacturer’s warranty.

1. First meeting withinyour structure

We collect technical information (constraints of cleanliness and integration of the machine in production) to precisely define your needs and determine the most suitable machine.

2. Test phase and test validation

Our experts conduct preliminary tests, after which we produce a test report. Once approved, you are invited to Cleansonic to review the test results in person.

3. Visit

At a company operating similar equipment or directly from the manufacturer

4. Proposal of the offer & Order

We send you an offer that meets the technical needs of your project. Upon validation, we launch production with our partners.

5. FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)

Together, we carry out an acceptance inspection at the manufacturer's site before delivery to verify the machine's compliance. Reception ticket triggeringthe SAT.

6. SAT (Site Acceptance Test)

Delivery and installation of the machine on its production site. New test series. Final reception ticket
