Baskets positioning of the parts

Regardless of the type of cleaning equipment used, and depending on the contaminants present on the parts to be cleaned, the positioning of the parts must be carefully considered in order to achieve optimal cleaning performance.

We will therefore be able to conduct the necessary layout studies and provide the baskets required to meet your cleanliness standards.

These baskets can be stationary, oscillating, or rotating. Made of stainless steel, they can also be electropolished or coated with a material such as “Rilsan” or “Halar.”

This will be implemented to prevent marks from forming on the parts at the contact points due to the mechanical action of ultrasonic cleaning, for example.
